OUR DEVICE
Our team of Biomedical and Manufacturing Engineers have designed a novel single-tool integrated biopsy punch device for use in clinical settings, called BiopSci. This tool provides a significant advantage over existing models because it decreases the time, tools, and waste required to perform a punch biopsy procedure, and improves efficiency, sustainability, and precision. BiopSci is protected by provisional patent, and will have a full patent application filed prior to April 12th, 2017.
